As our products are frozen we cannot be held and will not be held responsible for delivery issues. We are dealing with perisible goods. We do try our best to ensure your goods remain frozen.
All delivery charges are standard. We don't select this price, The carrier does, Its because we must post on a next day service to ensure you get them in tip top condition.
Responsibility of goods passes from supplier to receiver upon delivery of goods. We would advise that you take your goods from the transportation packages and put them into a freezer at -18oC or below to keep the bait in tip top condition.
Due to chancers in the past we will not accept any responsibility for damaged or defrosted goods. its fishing bait, if it gets a little defrosted its not the end of the world, They will still catch fish.
